My iPod Touch 32GB won't restore.
I can't put the iPod into recovery mode, but I can put it into DFU mode. I'm restoring to iOS 6.0.1.

Tryed that already. I can get into DFU mode, but not Recovery mode. It gets stuck at the part where it says "Verifiying iPod restore with Apple".
I'm having the same problem, works fine to restore it on my daughters older computer. See my post about Huge issues with IPod touch posted a little while ago. No one has responded but it lists everything I tried so far.
