downloading the 4.3 to the ipod
i need help by downloading the 4.3 o my ipod

What help do you need?
You cannot update to 4.3 at all.
If you have 3rd gen or later you can update to 6.0.1
If not then you can only go to 4.2.1 on a second gen and 3.1.3 on an original ipod touch
