My library connects, but it doesn't show the option to import from my laptop to my computer. How do I import?

The firewll isn't an issue.

They are both authorized and signed into the same account.

They are both connected to the same network connection.

Both libraries show on both computers.

itunes is up to date on both computers.

Why won't it let me import?

Windows 8 on computer, Windows 7 on laptop.
