I turned on my ATV3 today and the 'Tv Shows' option is gone from the main menu. I've tried restarting, checking the parental control options (switch on/off) and unplugged it for a while and plugged it back in but had no luck. Anyone have any ideas? I just want to watch my stories

It's a known issue to Apple and they are working to resolve it at the moment. Nothing you can do but sit tight and wait, sorry!

It would appear that Apple are doing some work on their servers at the moment which is causing the "Movies" and "TV Shows" icons to keep dissappearing.
No one seems to know how much longer this will be going on for - as its been an issue since about lunch time today.
My suggestion woudl be to keep checking back on your ATV to see when the icons re-appear and try again.
Obviously keep an eye on these forums too for any further updates that might get posted.
