Wife Getting Iphone, how should I set it up?

I currently have an Iphone, Ipad, Ipod touch, Apple TV, and MBP. all of these are utilizing the same apple ID for itunes, homesharing, etc... My wife is now getting an iphone and i need to know how i should set that up. She does not have an apple ID currently. She wants to be able to have the same music, videos, contacts, that I currently have in my phone, ipad, computer. Can she utilize the same icloud account (my apple ID) and still have the ability to have a separate message and facetime account.
