I cant view or see the Itunes movie.
I just have a black screen with the play/pause controls at the bottom, but no video or audio.
The movie is downloaded, says it is playable.. I hit play.. a video player came up.. at least I think it was.. its a solid black screen with the pause/play controls along the bottom.. and when you click the play button, the time thing that shows how much time the movie is playing starts counting down.. but all we see is black screen and no audio
I am on a Asus Laptop, brand new plenty of ram and storage etc..
Why cant we see or hear the movie.
I tunes movie wont play
