Well it works great but when Mac mini is configured to sleep.
The USB 3.0 connected Drobo does not sleep.
Weird eh?
But FireWire connection goes to sleep.
Anyone?

Anyone else having issues with Mac mini and Drobo products through USB 3.0?
Update:
Mac mini goes to sleep but droboS on USB 3.0 is still alive and running overnight.
But on FireWire droboS goes to sleep.

Is I/O faster on your Drobo with USB 3 than FW? Until this gets sorted out I'd keep it with FW.
I am not sure if the Drobo is considered a hardware or software raid but, there may be a controller conflict with USB 3
