Q: iphoto won't update to 9.4/update not available

To start my photo stream I need iPhoto 9.4 but I have 9. I can't seem to find that update.

MacBook (13-inch Aluminum Late 2008), OS X Mountain Lion

iPhoto 9.4.2

Or, you may need to buy the new Version from the Mac App Store On that page click Upgrade Now at the top right.

Do you have iPhoto '09 (version 8.x.x) or iPhoto '11 (version 9.x.x)

If you have iPhoto '09 you need to purchase iPhoto '11 and install it
