When logging in to change my personal info I was advised my real actual BD was not correct, could not go any further. Now what?
How can I correct my Birth Day in my personal identification section. For some reason it is incorrect, and I was denied access when attempting to change my password the other eve. I am virgin Ipad/Apple user, forgive my ignorance. Help!!!
