Most Mac components use wiping contacts. They will scrub away at accumulated oxidation when inserted or re-inserted.

You are more likely to do harm than good when attempting to clean. Forgetaboutit.

First of all thanks for the fast reply but I insist on this the most oxidizing is on the front plate of the hdd slots if you know what I mean where the number of each hdd bay is displayed on each of the 4 slots and its like black fingerprints so I leave it as it is ? And what about if this oxidizing becames aggressive and expands to the Mac pros mainframe thanks again a lot !!

A Mac Pro case is a predominantly aluminum alloy and appears to be anodized to prevent oxidation. If oxidation were to occur, it would be white. Any harsh chemicals used on the anodized surfaces will probably damage the anodizing and result in real oxidation. Like Grant says, it's pointless to mess with them. If you do you could try spraying the surface with clear spray paint for protectation.
