Just installed Mountain Lion and Dell does not support it for the V313W printer. Looking for options other than a new printer.

Did you try the Generic PostScript or PCL PPD?

As you may find listed below, I afraid the product is compatible with Mac OS X 10.6 or below:
You may try using a Generic driver and check if that allow you printing, I doubt if you will be able to do much more than that, I tried locating any 3rd party drivers with no luck.
Try this new driver which was released on 1/3/13:
