You can use QuickTime Pro to rotate clips.
If you don't have QuickTime Pro, CF/X has a free plugin called Turn Clip.
I believe it works with iMovie HD 6. Make sure you have the 6.0.1 updated.

Currently Being ModeratedMay 1, 2006 1:07 AM (in response to Trann)The cf/x turn clip iMovie plug-in has some limitations: It doesn't properly work with interlaced input because also the interlacing lines are simply rotated and this doesn't look good on a TV! So you should use it only for progressive material or deinterlace the input. It can't rotate the material without cropping and it doesn't preserve the correct aspect ratio when rotating rectangular pixels).

Any advice on where I would find that as I am going crazy trying fix these clips that I filmed the wrong way.
