Q: Why isn't my facetime working?
Dear Community
I did a free download of FaceTime on my macbook OS X 10.5.8 and when I did I was instructed to get the security update 2010-005 so I did that and it still didn't work so I downloaded both again and I keep getting the message to download the security update 2010-005. Why won't my Facetime download recognize the installed security update? Do I need to uninstall the four installations as they are on my desktop and start over? How do I uninstall them if I do?

FaceTime only works with 10.6.8 or newer. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4319
The 10.6 Snow Leopard DVD is back in the Apple online store. You can get it for $19.99. You will need to be running 10.6 to access the App Store. http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC573/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard
