iPad won't sync my contacts. iTunes says contacts have been disabled on the iPad

Well, that didn't help much. Read the whole thing, not a single mention of my issue.

I have the dreaded 'iTunes could not sync contacts to the iPad 'MY IPAD' because contacts have been disabled on the iPad' error.

Thankyou.

iPad, iOS 6.0.2, iPad 3. Update the list!!!
