ipod nano 7th generation screen will not turn on

I left my ipod nano (7th generation) on and now when i plug it into the charger it won't turn on. What do i do?

If you leave it plugged in long enough, it should respond. that happened to me a couple of times when my battery completely drained. if that doesn't work, hold down the circular menu button (Just beneath the screen), and the power button (Top right corner, ontop of the Ipod, above where the battery life would be shown), to rester it. You might have to hold it for about 15-30 seconds before it resets. Hope i helped
