Can i connect my IPad wifi with my IPhone 5 and i can use internet ?

Only if you have Tethering enabled on your iPhone.

To turn it on, go to settings on your phone select Personal Hotspot and turn it on (if option exists) you also have to have wifi and bluetooth turned on.
Note this uses your iPhone data usage so if your not on an unlimited data contract then will use your data allowance quiet quickly.
