Q: iTunes songs skip continuously on iphone5

For those of you having trouble with iTunes skipping and/or not downloading previously purchased songs

to iPhone 5 and having problems syncing songs from iTunes computer I have the solution. First backup your music and everything else to your computer and/or iCloud. Also sign up for iTunes Match (just in case) to backup your music from iTunes on computer. Second reinstall software onto your phone after you have backedup everything. Third follow directions on iTunes computer screen which at the end of the re installation of your iPhone software's latest version that will ask you if you want to restore backup to your phone. Say "yes" to it but don't restore as if it were a "new phone". Lastly after it has restored your apps etc., on your phone and you have completed last sync, you disconnect phone from computer and start downloading your music from iCloud. That's it!!!

i've reinstalled settings on iphone and itunes and songs still skip a beat, replay back, or songs begin 1min intot he song!

i spent 2hrs at the apple genius bar, we eliminated the issue with my phone, their phone, the song file, my ipod, itunes and came to the conclusion that my computer was too old and not compatible with the new iphone5!  as the issue only occurs when synching with iphone5, was fine with iphone 4s a few mths ago.

i'm still not convinced so would welcome any suggestions on what i can do.
