Which one is better iPad Mini or iPad 4?

The iPad 4 is bigger, faster, has a Retina display and costs a lot more.

The iPad mini is smaller, has an adequate but not brilliant display, is slower (though the speed is adequate), and it quite a bit cheaper.

Neither is exactly 'better' - they are different, and it depends on what you want. If cost and size aren't an issue, then obviously the iPad 4 is the best choice.

ipad mini is very much light and enough powerful but it doesnt have retina display. ipad 4 have a retina display and is quite bulky. both have their goods and bads. i have the ipad mini and ipad 4 also
