Dec 28, 2012 6:33 AM in response to FelipeVby Aaargh61,It was officially unlocked by AT&T with relevant code & authorization as well as being backed up & then restored, new sim put into phone, powered dow, rebooted & waited 18 hrs so far & still saying "No Service"

Dec 28, 2012 6:36 AM in response to Aaargh61by FelipeV,You must complete the unlock process with the ATT SIM in the phone. Follow the directions you received with the email saying that your unlock was approved.
At the end of the process you should have gotten an message saying that your phone was succesfully unlocked.

You can not repeat what you didn't do to begin with.

Dec 28, 2012 8:26 AM in response to FelipeVby Aaargh61,I have repeated the unlock w the AT&T sim inside in an attempt to generate the "successful unlock of phone" message but to no avail - do I contact AT&T AS A LAST RESORT of do you have any other suggestions please?
