It depends on the model of AirPort Express.
If you have the current, 'square' AirPort Express press the reset button on the back of the Express with a sharp object such as a pencil, then plug the Express in.
If you have the older, plug-in Express follow the same procedure but the button is located on the bottom of the Express near the audio port.
