Itunes Video and TV show downloads won't appear in video list or tv show list

I have purchased and downloaded 3 videos thru the itunes store. They wont appear in itunes. I cant find them anywere.

I experience the same with my TV show itunes pass. Itunes downloads it all, but will not show them in my mediathek.

I already tried to copy or integrate the files from the itunes media folder, but this won't work either.

does anyone experience the same?!

Can anyone help me?

Itunes 11.0.1.12-OTHER, Windows 7
