My new Ipad does not have "....included cable" to charge battery??

The iPad comes with a USB cable to connect it to a PC or Mac. Also, you can connect it to the power adaptor that comes with the iPad, so you can charge your iPad. The manual is available in the iBookstore

Where did you bought this "new" iPad?
