Macbook won't run from battery.

Earlier on this year, I dropped my macbook (which I've done in the past and it has still been fine). Ever since I did this I have only been able to run my macbook with it plugged into the mains - if I was to pull the cord out, my mac would shut off. The battery LED's light up to indicate that there is power (2 out of 5) and the status in the top bar says "Battery is not charging". I'm guessing it is something I have knocked inside? Any help with be greatly appreciated 🙂

By the way, I don't have the original Apple battery as this died in the past and I have replaced it with a third party one which has been absolutely fine until said accident.

Here is my White 13" Macbook info.
