Q: I have an apple TV 2 which mirrors my ipad and iphone beautifully. I want to do the same with my 'later 2011' macbook pro but there is no option I have checked firewalls and done all updates etc but no joy...PLEASE HELP!

Your MBP should be compatible, BUT it needs to be running Mountain Lion.
