How do I get my calendar on my Mac to iPhone

I recently added a Google calendar to my iCal on my mac. However, it doesn't show up on my iPhone like my other calendars do. How do I get the Google one to do the same!

Allllso....... Since adding the Google calendar, it has been sending alerts from the iCal, from my personal email to the email address connected with the Google calendar. HELP! 😉
