Sync iPhone 4s over wifi

Im having some trouble syncing my iPhone 4s over wifi, When i connect it to iTunes i check the box that says sync over wifi. When i eject it, it doesnt seem to show my iPhone tab on itunes. Do i have a wait some time before doing it? What is the correct way to get it working?

OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), 15.4 inch, 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7
