hi.iam from india but im working in qatar for the past 3 years. for the last two years i was using my same card that im using now for purchasing apps from india store. since i bought the new iphone 5 im unable to make purchases from india store.. my debit card was issued in qatar. my question is why my card is suddenly not acceptable in india store?

Because terms of use of the iTunes store state that to use
the India store, you must:
1] be India,
2] use a credit card issued in India, and
3] verified billing address in India for that India issued card.
You no longer meet any of these requirements. You were
lucky for the past 2 years that your location was not noticed.
Changing the source of your credit card tripped condition
checker in the store and prevents your purchasing from the
India iTunes store using a Qatar issued card.
