Q: FaceTime Icon has disappeared?!?

The facetime icon on my I-phone 4s has disappeared from the menu screen(s). Settings still shows that I have Facetime "on", and I can call my phone from my I-pad and facetime answers, but without the icon, I cannot initiate facetime from my phone!

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1

Facetime is in your contacts themselves, Go into contacts, click on one and scroll down, you will see the facetime tab.

FaceTime is not a separate app on the iPhone. You connect via the Phone or Contacts App... See...
