I cannot purchase anything according to iTunes. Why?

Again, we really need to know the exact error message. It makes a difference. We also need to know what device you're attempting to purchase from, whether you've verified a valid Internet connection from that device, whether this happens only with a single device or any device you try to use to purchase from your iTunes Store account, and other such details. Otherwise we just have insufficient informaton on which to base a diagnosis.
