Dec 29, 2012 3:26 AM in response to roddy121by Barry Hemphill,Hello:
I have read that people with similar problems have taken the device out of range of the computer that is not pairing correctly. Then they have turned the device off. They then restarted the computer and turned the KB or mouse back on. The setup utility proceeded to pair correctly.
I have no clue if what I read was luck or actually works. Cannot hurt to try it, however.

Dec 31, 2012 6:33 AM in response to roddy121by gktanaka,I ran into this same problem. What fixed it for me was to take out the batteries and then put them back in. Seemed to do a reset. Hope this works for you.
