Hi, I want to turn off the iCal alarms from showing up in the right corner of my screen. I've just upgraded to ML. I have turned off ALL notifications in System Preferences, but yet iCal keeps having alarms show up. I don't use iCal and don't want it bothering me with this.
Ideas on how to stop this since what should work, does not?

Try the settings in Calendar...Preferences...Alerts.
You can turn off/on what you want to see in Notification Center.
Hi, I don't have anything called "Alerts" in iCal preferences. There used to be, but not that I can find.
Are you running Mountain Lion or another OS?
Hi, one Mac has ML and one has Lion. Neither have the 'alerts' available. On the ML machine, I have turned off every single 'notification' and if I could I'd get rid the dang thing all together. And still the iCal things show up in the upper right corner. I use BusyCal and want the iCal stuff to STOP.
