I submitted wrong birthdate to begin using iTunes on my iPod touch. Now it tells me I'm too young to use iTunes, how do I fix it?

I entered the wrong year when trying to register my new iPod touch. Now it tells me I'm too young (Im not) for an iTunes account.

How do I uninstall & reinstall the info so I can get an iTunes acct??.
