I bought an I-phone 4 in Brazil, that this is not working.

You do not replace an iPhone bought in Brazil in the US.

The warranty is only valid in the country of original purchase.

The iPhone bought in Brazil can be replaced only in Brazil.

Yes. If it was purchased in the US... The price is $149 for a 4, $199 for a 4S, $229 for a 5.
