by turning VoiceOver on my iphone 4s's screen is not able to work at all.

please help. I just got this new iphone 4s and accidently turned on Voice Over. I am aware that double tapping would be like just regurally selecting but even double tapping apps doesnt work. the only way i get back into settings is through siri.
