Screen Displaying Green For Black

I've had this Macbook Pro for a while now, and when I started it up the other day, the screen started tweaking out. It seems that for every pixel that's supposed to be black, it's displaying a green pixel, and there's a slight shake to them. Here's the issue:

On the left is a picture I took with my camera, showing what the screen is displaying, and the right is a screenshot.

I've run the Apple hardware test, and selected the extended test, which came up as "Everything is working great!" It's not affecting any functionality, it's just the displayed image is freaking out. I'm running OSX 10.6.8, and I've searched all over the place, but nobody has encountered this problem before, so I figured I'd ask here to see if anybody knows what it could be.
