My location is in Colorado and my Ipad loacation says I'm in Salem, Missouri. How do I change that to locate my Ipad, no matter where I am

How do I reset my location. My Ipad says I'm in Salem, Missouri and my Ipad has never been there. I am unable to use my Siri, or maps until I get this working.

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 6.0.1
