Kernel Panics-Brand New Mac Mini

I am experiencing ongoing Kernel Panics on a new Mac Mini (purchased in July 2012). Running Mountain Lion, 8 gig RAM (Apple Branded). What I've tried to fix it:

Took to Apple Store, hardware test: Passed

Reinstall of Mountain Lion

Uninstalled various 3rd party software including: LogMeIn, PS3 Media Server, Fuse, NTFS+ (don't recall exact name), DVD Fab.

Disconnected all external devices including External Hard Drives, DVD Drives, cameras etc.

They keep coming, pretty much daily (often 2 or 3 a day).

Here is my latest log:

Thanks. I THINK I've narrowed it down to either the monitor, HDMI to DVI adapater or DVI cable. I connected a different monitor using the mini display to DVI and so far, no KP's since 12/28 (I was getting several a day prior). Not ready to declare victory yet, but if you don't hear back from me, assume its fixed! (Posting this in case anyone else has a similar issue).

PS: The monitor in question is a DELL 17".

I don't know for sure (I continue to have the same problem with daily system crashes). It's just that I notice Java mentioned several times in the crash reports / there have been several Java updates since I first bought the MacMini, after which installed, giving me a couple of days before the kernal panics start up again / also, when I delete the Java caches, I get a couple of days before the kernal panics return.

No fix . . . just waiting to see if 10.8.3 or a new Java update solves the problem.

Big ole' me too here. Tried on 3 different Mac minis. First 2 were originally Mac mini servers that were reformatted and Base OSX 10.8.2 installed, no server. Lots of automatic reboots. Only app added was FM Server. These were installed from scratch, no user migration, no other apps installed. Last Mac mini was a straight non-server, brand new off the shelf, only FMServer installed (and FM Pro - not running). Getting reboots from kernel panic several times a day. All these Mac minis had SSD drives. I have Time Machine running, but its set to ignore the FM Server folder. FMS is set to back-up the DBs to a FW800 connected drive. Apple Display connected via Thunderbolt -not sure any of this matters. (Also repaired permissions, ran fsck, Safe Boot, etc...).

Don't know much about tracing the reason for a kernel panic but saw this near the top:

BSD process name corresponding to current thread: java

It's been happening for months, been banging my head aginast the wall thinking it was something I've done...
