About 6 months ago, I had an ipod touch. I accidently entered a pool forgetting the ipodwas in my pocket. I would like to know if I take the ipod to the apple store will they tell me what I need to repair?

My APPLE ipod 4G is accidently submerged in water and is a bit damaged too..
cameras,speakers screen and its touch are functioning well ,but when i lock it for some time (5mins maybe),it starts getting booted and the apple logo appears....so please tell if it can be repaired...?:)
