Yes - the Retina display models have a special build. There is also a supplemental update 2.0 just for 2012 models - http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1611.

But you can safely install a 'fresh' system by using your Recovery partition - it won't delete any of your data or apps (it's just best to have a backup).

First, I would check if the OS X volume is healthy and works properly. Open Disk Utility, select Macintosh HD in the sidebar and verify the disk. Does it show any error?

It supports new hardware included on new Macs that the other version doesn't support. Normally, these hardware is added to the other version with the next OS X update. Normally, all new Macs come with an special version. For example, my Mac came with a different 10.6.2 version than the available for other computers

All your OS X applications have been reinstalled and the reinstalled version probably was the same as you had before reinstalling, but open Apple menu > Software Update to check if you have any update

And here is when things are different. New Macs use a special OS X version that contains Boot Camp Assistant 5.0.1, but other Macs have Boot Camp Assistant 5.0.0. However, you shouldn't have any problem

I reinstall the system but still it gives the same error as "boot camp assistant quit unexpectedly while partitioning". Unfortunately i really need to install windows on my mac but still no solution. Any other ideas about the problem?

So your hard disk is OK. Then, open Disk Utility, select Macintosh HD in the sidebar and repair permissions. If it doesn't work, reinstall 10.8.2 > http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1581

After doing the Combo update, don't forget the Supplemental Update.
