Change 'Rewind' key behavior during playback?

Is there a way to set the 'Rewind' button on the keyboard (F7) to start the current song over? This used to be it's default behavior, but now it just plays the previous song rather than the beginning of the current song. I suppose one could hit 'Rewind' and then 'Fast-Forward' but it would be really great if this were simply a setting I can change.
