Hi Guys.

 

I have a problem wuth my iTunes Match and MacBook Pro.

 

My devices are:

1. iPhone 4 32gb iOS 6.0.1

2. iPad New 32gb iOS 6.0.1

3. MacBook Pro 17" Late 2011 OS X Mountain Lion with the latest iTunes installed on it

 

I also have a paid iTunes Match subscription. All my music was successfully uploaded into the iCloud. This service works great with my iPhone and iPad so I can easily access all my music without storing it on my devices. But it doesn't work for my MacBook Pro.

 

My iTunes Library is stored on the external HDD that connects to Mac via USB. So all my music is stored 'outside' the Mac.

When I disconnect the external HDD, I expect Mac to play music from the iCloud through iTunes Match, but it doesn't. It just tries to find music files on the local HDD. It doesn't play music from the cloud. That's the problem.

 

I have no idea what to do.. Please, help me with this issue.
