Trying to upgrade my iPad to iOS 6 but fails becaurse the iPad says it has no internet - eventhough I know it has?

Help to continued in upgrading My iPad to iOS 6. Eventhough I know there's internet - My iPad continously fails to start the upgrading saying there's NO internet! What to do??
