MTP USB Problem

During syncronisation of my iPad with my laptop (Windows 7), the process was interrupted.

Eversince my laptop comes with an error when I try to connect my iPad or iPhone via USB.

The error is:

MTP USB problem (code 19), registerfault.

I've tried every possible solution (even completely remove the USB.

Does anybody know any other solutions???
