Music I downloaded from iTunes is not appearing on my phone

Some music that I downloaded from iTunes on my iPhone is not appearing on my phone (after synching with my laptop).... but it is appearing greyed out on iTunes on my laptop (but unable to play), and it's showing as un-purchased on the Store when viewed from my laptop...

... This is so weird and I have no idea how to fix it! Doe anyone have any ideas?
