Bootcamp error

I want to use boot camp to install windows 8 pro on my 2009 macbook pro

And bootcamp says

"You have 2 versions of os x installed you hard cant be partitioned"

Something like that


How can i remove one of the osx's ?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5)

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities


1. Open Disk Utility and select the hard disk at the top of the sidebar.


2. Go to Partition tab, select the last partition at the bottom of the bar, press - button and finally, press Apply to delete the partition.


If you have got important data on that volume, open Finder, go to that partition and copy it to the first partition
