Why don't see the "devices" tab to the left when I connect to iTunes and plug in my 5th gen. iPod nano?
I am instructed to click on "devices" on the left side of the screen when I log on to iTunes. I see no such tab. Why not? Is there some other way to get to this tab or to check "devices" and hit "apply" when I do find it?
