logic opens but projects will not open or load

Question

Logic 9.1.8 and Mountain Lion 10.8.2

Logic will open -

Prompts me to create a new project... when I create a new project - logic remains open and doesnt hang - but the UI will not come up...

If I try to exit logic it asks me if I want to save my project...

I have deleted com.plist files... still nothing

Thoughts?

Create a new project and then press cmd + 1 and see what happens..

Press 1 (without the command key) if Cmd + 1 doesn't do anything...
