Voice isn't clear when i talk on the phone ?

My microphone is fully working as i can talk to SIRI and use skype, however when i make a call people cant hear me.. if we are close to each other they can hear me, if they are not in the same room its impossible to hear anything..

I tried everything, what shall i do?
