Sorry... But... you will need to look elsewhere, as there is no support by Apple or on this Forum for such Devices.
Why Jailbreak is Not Supported
As AnaMusic said, your phone has been hacked or jailbroken (that's what error 1015 means). You cannot get help for hacked phones in an Apple forum.
