My iPhone 4S WiFi option is greyed out or dim and i cant connect to WiFi with my iphone, it happened after updating to iOS6, my phone is in the warranty period. it was purchased from Saudi Arabia and right now i am in India; can i get it repleced at Apple in India?

The iPhone warranty is only valid in the country of purchase. Sometimes individual Apple stores will make exceptions, but you will have to ask at the store.
Warranty or service is a different point. But, how come a company like APPLE release a software that spoils the existing phone? How can a phone like this get this kind of very basic issues in WiFi?
